Carey Webb
My Approach to Therapy
Talking to someone who listens deeply can change how you experience yourself and your life. Therapy with me offers you:
• A calm, trusting space where you can speak freely
• Time and attention without judgment
• Support in understanding what’s troubling you
Every session is 50 minutes long, and most people start with one session per week — but we always find a rhythm that feels right for you.

You Might Be Here Because:
• You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or restless
• You’ve lost motivation or feel emotionally drained
• You’re struggling with self-confidence or self-worth
• You feel stuck in old patterns and want support to move forward
You don’t need to have all the answers — therapy starts with your curiosity about change.
